Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99

Purchases made on our site or on eBay, as all purchases remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Decree 185 of May 22, 1999, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of goods. This right is the right to return the product purchased from the supplier without penalty and without giving any reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs return receipt.


Exclusions

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and companies in general, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, by parties with VAT.


How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 10 working days from receipt of goods, a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The communication can be sent, within the same period, by telegram, fax or e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Such notification must include the buyer's data, and the model of the product you intend to return, and details on how the reimbursement of expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) And any bank.

The subject of withdrawal product must be returned by the consumer, intact and in original packaging, at which we will communicate.

Once the goods are received and verifies the integrity will, as soon as possible we will credit the customer the cost of the product, retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage that will be charged to the customer.
