Command and control card or controller for generating set model HGM1790N, suitable for the automation and control of a generating set.

Manual start and stop or via remote signals. Supervision and protection of the generating set by collecting and analyzing data such as: voltage, current, temperature, oil pressure, with a graphic LCD monitor on the front panel that displays fault conditions and provides alarm signals. Parameter threshold and intervention value can be adjusted via the front panel or USB port with relative PC software.

• Working modes: manual, automatic, stop;
• Compatible with multiple temperature, oil pressure and fuel level sensors, which can be defined by the user and used directly and can be used in parallel, providing analog quantities and increasing the level of protection at the same time;

• Different over speed and low engine speed protection conditions by selection (engine speed sensor, oil pressure, generator frequency);
• Configurable input port that can be set as a digital input or liquid level sensor;
• Relay outputs: fuel relay and starter relay;
• Configurable output ports which can be set as common alarm output, preheat output or inactive control output;
• The parameters can be set and modified by users and saved in the internal FLASH memory, which means that they will not be lost in the event of a shutdown. Most of the controller parameters can be modified using the front panel and can be adjusted by software via PC via the USB port;
• Digital adjustment of all parameters: instead of analog adjustment using a conventional potentiometer, therefore, greater reliability and stability;
